Hasse completed a new two story 60,850 SF, pre-cast concrete bar joist and metal deck Local Carpenter Union Training Facility building,  including all site work (utilities, parking lots, site lighting, etc.).  Building is complete with all interior finishes (welding booth’s, bridge crane, drywall, framing, casework, doors, frames & hardware, curtain walls, painting, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinklers, electrical).  First and second levels are classrooms, offices and common areas.
