Hasse completed construction of concrete foundations, which included site earthwork, ductile iron pipe fire water system installation, dewatering, dynamic compaction, (4) 150 FT diameter tank foundations consisting of rebar and 1,000 CY pours each, 1,500 LF of 8 FT high concrete dike walls, and fencing for the construction of a new tank storage area.
